Announcement About the Candidates Placed as Principal as a result of the Fifth Placement!

NOTE: Candidates with substitute candidate (YEDEK ADAY) written on their document should follow the SUBSTİTUTE  CALLS to be announced on the https://internationalstudent.alanya.edu.tr/ website. These candidates are not deemed to have won our university and they do not need to come for registration.

  • Registrations will be made by the student affairs department of the department you have earned, between November 26 and November 30 . When you come for the registration process, please take the printout of your acceptance letter with you, and make sure that your documents are complete and their translations are complete.
  • Applications made after the registration deadline will not be considered!
  • Candidates for registration Covid-19 outbreak, war, state of emergency, etc. If they are unable to attend due to force majeure, they must reach their departments before the end of the registration date.

  • Determined by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities; One of the high school level foreign education institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, the Turkish Religious Foundation and the Turkish Maarif Foundation, the international imam hatip high schools that provide education within the scope of international imam hatip student programs carried out in cooperation with the Turkish Religious Foundation and the Ministry of National Education, and minority high schools and Imams affiliated to Muslim religious administrations. Except for the candidate students who graduated from educational institutions with the status of Hatip High School and enrolled in associate degree and undergraduate programs within the quota for student admission from abroad, each candidate is subject to a tuition fee.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

  1. Original high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate (Apostilled/approved)
  2. Certified Turkish translation of high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate.
  3. Transcript Turkish translation (Apostille/certified)
  4. National Education Directorate / Turkish Foreign Representatives approved equivalence certificate
  5. Photocopy of Passport (Including Entry-Exit Pages), Photocopy of Temporary Protection Certificate, Photocopy of Blue Card, Photocopy of Identity Card.
  6. He is a foreign national by birth and later on T.C. Identity registration copy from dual nationals who have become naturalized,
  7. The candidate who is abroad and cannot come to the country due to force majeure can carry out the registration process with the Power of Attorney, or the candidate can be registered with the missing documents by taking the online copy of the documents of the candidate and the candidate can be given time.

Attention ! Special documents for Turkish nationals;
1. If he has a Blue card, he must present his Blue card and give a copy of the birth certificate. OR
2. If he does not have a blue card, he must submit a photocopy of his identity card and a foreign entry-exit record obtained from the Police. (This candidate is a candidate who has studied all of his high school abroad. If his diploma and foreign entry-exit information do not match, his registration is not done.)


Attention: Candidates who will not go to TÖMER must first go to the student affairs office of the department they have won, then learn their student numbers from the student affairs office, then pay the tuition fees from HALKBANK ATMs with their student numbers and complete the last course registration.

Note: If it is determined that the candidates have forged in their applications and used forged or falsified documents for registration, their registration process will be canceled and the necessary legal action will be taken.

Note: Students who have completed the final registration process must submit the original residence document they will receive from the immigration administration to the student affairs of the relevant unit during the registration period.

Note: Students who complete the final registration process can be covered by general health insurance, provided that they make a written request to the social security provincial directorates within 3 (three) months from the first registration date, provided that they pay the premiums themselves.
