Documents that can be used for preference and order of priority

  1. ALKU-YÖS Exam Score (Not conducted in 2023, scores from previous years cannot be used)
  2. TR-YÖS Exam Score
  3. YÖS Scores of Other State Universities (QR code and verification link are mandatory. It must be from 2023.)
  4. High School Diploma Score (Candidates must have high school equivalency certificates and scores converted to the 100 system in these documents in order to make a choice. Otherwise, they cannot make a preference).

Note: Equivalency certificate is not compulsory for application types other than High School Diploma Score.

Coefficients to be applied during Placement

  1. ALKU-YÖS Exam Score: 1
  2. TR-YÖS Exam Score: 0,9
  3. YÖS Scores of Other State Universities: 0,8
  4. High School Diploma Score: 0,7

Base Scores

  • The preference base point of the Faculty of Medicine is 90 points and this faculty does not accept students with diploma points.
  • The preference base point of the Faculty of Dentistry is 80 points and students are not admitted to this faculty with diploma points.
  • The preference base score of the Faculties other than the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry is 65,
  • The preference base score for Vocational Schools is 40 and applications can be made in all four score types.

Departments Accepting Special Talent

  • Applications for the departments that accept students with special talent will be announced in a separate application announcement and the preference base score of these programs is 30.
  • In order to replace this program, the candidate must be successful in the special talent exam to be held by the department.
