Documents Required for Registration

Candidates who are entitled to enrolment must submit the following documents to the academic unit student affairs on the dates specified in the acceptance letter:
a) Printout of the Letter of Acceptance with QR code and verification link,
b) Original high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate and its Turkish translation certified by a notary public or Turkish foreign representative offices in their home countries,
c) E- equivalency certificate of the high school diploma, which can be checked by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey or the foreign representative offices of Turkey,
ç) The original transcript of the transcript of the entire secondary education (high school) approved by the competent authorities and its Turkish translation certified by a notary public or the Turkish foreign representative offices in their home country,
d) 1 passport size photograph,
e) Notarised copy of passport and its translation, photocopy of identity card for candidates of Turkish nationality by submitting the original,
f) Foreign Language and Turkish proficiency certificate with international validity for candidates who want to obtain exemption,
g) A copy of the birth certificate for dual nationals who were foreign nationals by birth and later acquired Turkish citizenship,
ğ) A copy of the documents of those who are Turkish citizens by birth and who have received permission from the Ministry of Interior to renounce Turkish citizenship and their minor children registered in the certificate of renunciation of Turkish citizenship, provided that they submit the original documents of those who have a Certificate on the Exercise of Recognised Rights obtained in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 7 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901, and a photocopy of the Blue Card provided that they submit the Blue Card,
h) Those who have TRNC nationality, reside in TRNC and have completed their secondary education in TRNC and have GCE AL exam results, and those who have or will have GCE AL exam results by enrolling and studying in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010 and have GCE AL result certificate and Turkish translation of the GCE AL result certificate and notary public or approval of the Turkish translation from foreign representative offices in Turkey,
ı) For candidates who are of Turkish nationality and who have earned the right to enrol in international student quotas by studying their entire high school abroad, a passport / entry/exit document obtained from e-government showing that they resided abroad during their high school education.
i) A medical board report obtained from a tertiary care hospital.
j) Social Security Institution Presidency General Health Insurance (GSS) certificate showing that he/she has General Health Insurance (GSS).
(2) If there is a need for special documents and information required by the departments and programmes for final registration, this request is sent to the International Student Coordinator's Office with an official letter before placement to be attached to the acceptance letters to be sent to the candidates. Additional time may be granted for the provision of such special information and documents provided that registration is made.
(3) Candidates who do not register within the announced registration dates lose their right to register. Candidates who have deficiencies in the documents required for final registration due to force majeure during registration are given an additional period of maximum 30 days by the student affairs officer of the unit that carries out the registration process and this period is recorded in the OBS system.
